Andy and I went to Marseilles to visit our friends Greg and Patrick. It was our first day trip abroad! Marseilles is the third largest city in France, so we didn't get to see it all, but we saw a lot. We visited some Roman ruins, a historical museum, the Old Port, and the Notre Dame de la Garde. For lunch, we ate at Lina's, which had really great sandwiches served on rustic bread, and for dinner, we ate at Donatello's. There we all had Eggplant Parmesan for our appetizer, which was so... amazing! For our plat principal, I had Escalope in a mushroom cream sauce, and Andy had the "Donatello Brochette". For such an amazing day, we paid next to nothing (not including the dinner). :)
